For our Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel when sending the extensions back. We also recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt for your records.
4. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection and processing of your return once it is received.
5. Refund Method:
