Eligibility for Refunds:- Refunds are eligible for products returned within 30 days of the delivery date.- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.- Hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for refunds.

 

2. Initiation of Refund:To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@lizzieliros.com with your order number and our friendly customer service team will advise you of our return address and information.

 

3. Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect). For our Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel when sending the extensions back. We also recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt for your records.

 

4. Inspection and Processing:Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection and processing of your return once it is received.

 

5. Refund Method:Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

6. Exchanges:We currently do not offer exchanges for hair extensions. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Products:If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at info@lizzieliros.com immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement of the item.
